We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and cheerful Front Office Assistant with graphic skills (in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop) to assist in project assignments and who also cares about the local businesses and residents. Candidate should live within 4 miles to our center 32828.

  • This is a 13.5 – 15 hours a week part-time trainee position this academic semester, and option* up to 24 hours next semester.
  • Typically 4 day work week (* 4.5 hours per shift) including some Saturdays (rotation)
  • Must have some experience in graphics editing and a creative mind
  • State of Florida requires a FL ID or FL Driver License, to be 18 of age to apply & be commissioned and licensed in our center.
  • Keen learner, you will be trained with a diversified set of skills to assist the graphics team and clients.
  • Day to Day Responsibility: Front Desk Operations and Graphic Designs
  • Other Key Functions: Mail sorting, Monthly Magazine Publication, Design Marketing Products, Shredding, and Shipping
  • Year End Goal: All rounder to achieve Leader

Physical requirement: Lifting up-to 75 lb, cleaning and packing!
Our operations are divided into two departments: Post Office Services and Business Services. You will be cross-trained in both departments and have the opportunity to gain exceptional knowledge in a wide range of technology.

  • Post Office Services include shipping, packaging, faxing, scanning, imaging, restocking, sorting mail and digitizing virtual mail.
  • Business Services include providing solutions to our clients, participating in projects under the guidance of a Project Lead. This can include formation business legal structure, acting as registered agent, notarize legal documents, complete apostille services, fingerprinting, design graphics, design publications, printing, marketing and website design.

AMC ChallengeContinuous cyclic challenges are always part of our center, you will learn PostalMate, Office Suites, G Suites, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher (Graphics), Domain Word Press (Web Publishing), Photography, Information Technology Services, Marketing, VN Studio and Content Creation (like YouTube).

Unique to our program, 20% of the time is invested in business development, where associates are encourage to innovate, create new products and services. You can explore ideas of your related interest and implement them in the center.

Employment Requirements:

  • United States citizen, Florida Permanent Resident, 18 Years or older
  • Speak and spell in English fluently

  • Expected hours: 15 hours per week first semester

Schedule:

  • 4.5 hour shift
  • Morning & afternoon shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Saturdays as needed

License/Certification:
